As Google launched their new product "Google Dashboard"  in an effort to provide the user with greater transparency and control over their own data.

However, Consumer Watchdog warned about the said product and said Google needed to give consumers the ability to stop being tracked by the company and to delete information associated with their computer’s IP address from the Google servers.
