A brand new notebook line-up with a choice of colours and textures along with enhanced gaming and multimedia technologies is being unveiled today by Toshiba (New Zealand) Pty Ltd.
“Technology has become as much of a fashion statement as it has a necessity,” said Justin White, Product Marketing Manager, Toshiba (New Zealand) Pty Ltd.
“Consumers are no longer just looking for a list of specs and features but instead want notebooks that match performance with style.”
For an advanced gaming and multimedia experience, two signature notebooks lead the range: the Qosmio X870 and the Satellite P850.
Gaming and entertaining comes alive – Qosmio X870
The Toshiba Qosmio X870 boasts a sleek, slim and luxurious Storm metallic finish with a red backlit keyboard. Combining cutting-edge technology with elite performance, it is the first Qosmio to feature Toshiba’s new illuminated power-activated red logo.
“This is an evolution in gaming not to be missed,” continued Mr White. “The Qosmio X870 showcases the latest NVIDIA 3D Vision® 2 that turns games into a mind-blowing 3D experience. It is the ultimate weapon of choice for diehard gamers.”
“The enhanced multi-media technology ensures an all-round exceptional entertainment experience as well as being the perfect companion for designers and video editors.”
Style sets the trend – Satellite P850
Also launched today is the Toshiba Satellite P850 multimedia notebook for work and play, with a stylish Brushed Metallic Silver finish.
For the style conscious consumer, the new white Toshiba Satellite P850 is both sleek and sophisticated. The P850 offers essential features such as four USB 3.0 ports, a new Hotkey feature and a new ‘high speed’ start up for 30% faster boot time all wrapped up in a sleek design.
“Today’s launch signals a new design direction for us, but also introduces the first in a series of new products from Toshiba that will be followed by an exciting range of Ultrabooks and Tablets in the coming months,” added Mr White.
