The VolunteerNet website (http://www.volunteernet.org.nz/) is currently down after suffering a suspected security breach last night.
Officials from the organization are very disappointed what happened.
According to them ", We are working as fast as possible to determine the extent of this breach. There is a risk that personal details, including email addresses and VolunteerNet passwords, may have been accessed.
The VolunteerNet staff advise its member by sending email to them to change their password as precaution.
"We will let you know as soon as we determine whether this has occurred.
As a precaution, you may wish to change your password to other online services, particularly if these passwords are the same as the one you used on VolunteerNet." they said
We apologise for any inconvenience. We will provide you with an update within 24 hours
