NEW XT CUSTOMERS CAN JOIN RISK FREE

Friday, June 4, 2010

Telecom has resumed full XT Mobile marketing activity with today’s introduction of a customer-friendly 30 day Risk Free Trial.

Customers who sign up to an eligible 24 month plan when purchasing any XT mobile or Mobile Broadband T-Stick, can return the product within 30 days if they are not completely happy with their experience of XT - and receive a refund.

Telecom Head of Mobile Marketing Liz Wilson says we are launching the trial as the company has full confidence in the performance of the XT Network.

“We designed XT so Kiwis could enjoy seamless and superior mobile services; the 30 day trial means people can now give XT a try risk free.”

“We think of it as a chance to prove ourselves to our customers and earn their loyalty. If you’re not completely happy with our network and services within 30 days, we’ll refund you the price of your phone, and any monthly charges you’ve signed up to,” says Ms Wilson.

Ms Wilson says the Risk Free Trial is available to both individuals and small-medium businesses, and to Telecom CDMA network customers upgrading to XT, as well as new customers to Telecom.

The launch of the Risk Free Trial will be supported by a marketing campaign featuring a range of Telecom team members from across the country.
